Daniel E. Ingersoll Joins Cameron McEvoy PLLC

Cameron McEvoy is pleased to announce its latest addition to the firm, Daniel Ingersoll, to lead our new Corporate and Business Services department.  He joins Cameron McEvoy as a partner and represents an expansion of our firm’s existing service offerings as part of our ongoing efforts to be responsive to the needs of our clients.

One of the firm’s founding partners, Sunny Cameron, said, “Adding Daniel to our team here at Cameron McEvoy allows us to expand our expertise and capabilities  into several new and exciting fronts.  His practice and specialties will be a tremendous complement to Cameron McEvoy’s existing practice areas, and we look forward to introducing them to our clients.”

Daniel’s practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, capital raising (equity and debt structured transactions), executive equity incentive compensation, business entity formation, and business succession planning, as well as general corporate and tax law issues.  His experience as counsel to businesses in sectors such as government contracts, general and specialty trade construction, technology, consulting services, and more, enables Cameron McEvoy to offer a new variety of transactional services to supplement its already expansive construction, commercial litigation, labor and employment, and estate services expertise.

Daniel noted that he believes that Cameron McEvoy is ideally positioned to continue supporting and growing with the business community at large.  “Cameron McEvoy’s recognized expertise makes it a tremendous platform for me to offer the business community, as well as the individuals behind those businesses, the sound, contemplative, and practical legal services and counsel that I enjoy so much,” Daniel said.  “I take great pleasure in advising my clients in all aspects of their business lives and personal planning, and Cameron McEvoy provides an excellent blend of the service offerings sought by those clients.”

John Dedon, who manages the firm’s estate planning and asset protection practices, added, “We are extremely fortunate to add my former business law partner, Daniel, to the growing team of Cameron McEvoy attorneys.  Adding Daniel as a partner reflects Sunny and Tim’s commitment to transition Cameron McEvoy from a litigation boutique to a more full service firm, capable of serving the broad needs of its clients.”
