Joanna L. Faust

Joanna L. Faust’s litigation practice is focused on complex commercial, trusts and estates, and creditor’s rights disputes as well as the defense of matters involving federal consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Truth in Lending Act. Recently cited as a Virginia “Super Lawyer Rising Star”, she is an active member of the local Bar associations, and she is currently serving as the Secretary of the Young Lawyers Division of the Alexandria Bar. Before entering private practice, Ms. Faust served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Wooldridge, Jr. of the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia.

Ms. Faust is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
